Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Times

  • Dubai: Express delivery within 2 hours of order confirmation.
  • Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi & rest of UAE: Same-day delivery within 6 hours.
  • Remote areas (Al Ain, Fujairah, RAK, UAQ): Delivered within 6–12 hours depending on distance.

Orders placed after 11:00 PM may be delivered the following morning. We deliver 7 days a week, including public holidays.

2. Delivery Fees

  • Standard delivery fee: 30 AED per order.
  • FREE delivery on any order of 350 AED or more — every full box qualifies.

3. Coverage Area

We deliver to all 7 emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. We do not currently ship internationally.

4. Payment

All orders are paid on delivery in AED — choose cash, card (a 5% government VAT applies to card payments), or bank transfer when you place your order. Nothing is charged online. If paying cash, please have the exact amount ready for the rider where possible.

5. Age Verification at the Door

Our riders are required to verify that the recipient is 21 years or older upon handover. Please have a valid Emirates ID or passport ready. Orders will not be released to minors and will be returned to our warehouse — no refund of the delivery fee.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If we cannot reach you on the provided phone number, or you are not at the delivery address, our rider will attempt to contact you for up to 30 minutes. After that, the order is marked as failed and a 30 AED redelivery fee will apply for the next attempt.

7. Returns & Faulty Devices

All Ghost Pro 3500 Puffs devices are checked before dispatch. If you receive a faulty or non-working device, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a short video of the issue, and we will replace it free of charge on your next delivery.

Opened devices that are simply not to your taste cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

8. Order Tracking
