How much does delivery cost?+
Delivery is a flat 30 AED anywhere in the UAE, and completely FREE on any order of 350 AED or more — a single box of 10 (350 AED) already qualifies.
How fast will my order arrive?+
Dubai orders typically arrive within about 2 hours. Sharjah and Ajman take 4-6 hours, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain around 6 hours, and Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain 6-12 hours. We deliver 7 days a week, including public holidays.
How do I pay for my delivery?+
You pay when the order reaches you — choose cash, card (a 5% government VAT applies to card payments) or bank transfer when placing the order. Nothing is charged online.
Do you verify age on delivery?+
Yes. Riders check a valid Emirates ID or passport confirming you are 21 or older before handing over any order — no exceptions.
